IT Advisory Services
1. IT Advisory Service Only
ElevIT Ventures LLC provides IT strategy, technology cost optimization, M&A technology due diligence, fractional CIO services, and related advisory services. ElevIT Ventures is an advisory service only. We are not a managed service provider and do not implement, operate, maintain, or manage any technology systems on behalf of clients. All deliverables — including roadmaps, assessments, recommendations, and frameworks — are advisory and informational in nature. You are solely responsible for all business, technology, and implementation decisions made in connection with any ElevIT Ventures engagement.
2. No Client Relationship on Form Submission
Submitting an intake form or inquiry on this website does not create a client relationship, constitute an agreement for services, or obligate either party. A client relationship is established only upon execution of a signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW), and receipt of any required deposit or advance payment as specified in the applicable SOW.

By engaging ElevIT Ventures for advisory services, you acknowledge that recommendations are based on information available at the time of the engagement, that outcomes depend on factors outside ElevIT Ventures' control, and that you accept sole responsibility for all decisions made in connection with any advisory engagement.
6. Formal Agreement Governs
Any paid engagement is governed by the ElevIT Ventures Master Services Agreement (MSA) and applicable Statement of Work (SOW), which contain the full terms of the engagement including scope, payment, confidentiality, intellectual property, liability limitations, and dispute resolution. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the MSA or SOW, the MSA and SOW control.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. ElevIT Ventures LLC is is a California limited liability company.

Outdoor Adventure Planning
1. Planning Advisory Service Only
ElevIT Ventures LLC provides outdoor adventure trip planning, itinerary design, training guidance, nutrition planning, and gear advisory services. ElevIT Ventures is a planning and advisory service only. We are not a licensed guide service and do not accompany, supervise, or lead participants during any activity. All deliverables are informational only. You are solely responsible for all decisions made in connection with any outdoor activity.
2. No Client Relationship on Form Submission
Submitting an intake form on this website does not create a client relationship, constitute an agreement for services, or obligate either party. A client relationship is established only upon execution of a signed Outdoor Adventure Advisory Agreement and receipt of a deposit.

You are responsible for independently verifying current trail conditions, weather, fire restrictions, and permit requirements with the relevant land management agency before any trip.
5. Assumption of Risk
Outdoor activities including hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, and road cycling involve inherent risks including serious injury or death. By engaging ElevIT Ventures for planning services you acknowledge these risks and accept sole responsibility for your safety in the field.
6. Formal Agreement Governs
Any paid engagement is governed by the ElevIT Ventures Expedition Planning Agreement, which contains the full terms of service including payment, liability, release, and intellectual property provisions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Advisory Agreement, the Advisory Agreement controls.
