ABOUT ELEVIT VENTURES LLC
ElevIT Ventures LLC provides two distinct advisory services — outdoor adventure trip planning and IT technology advisory. Both services are advisory and informational in nature only. ElevIT Ventures does not implement, execute, supervise, or participate in any activity, project, or transaction on behalf of clients unless explicitly contracted under a separate written agreement. All engagements are governed by ElevIT Ventures' standard Advisory Agreement or Statement of Work, as applicable to the service type.
SECTION 1 — GENERAL ADVISORY LIMITATIONS
Applies to both outdoor planning and IT advisory services
All services, plans, recommendations, assessments, roadmaps, and deliverables produced by ElevIT Ventures LLC are advisory and informational only. Nothing produced by ElevIT Ventures constitutes a guarantee, warranty, or assurance of any specific outcome, result, or performance. Clients are solely responsible for all decisions made in reliance on ElevIT Ventures advice, plans, or recommendations.
ElevIT Ventures LLC is a single-operator advisory practice. All work is led by the principal — not delegated to junior staff, subcontractors, or third parties unless explicitly disclosed in writing. The engagement scope, deliverables, timeline, and fee are defined in a written agreement prior to commencement of work.
SECTION 2 — OUTDOOR ADVENTURE PLANNING
Applies to all outdoor trip planning, preparation, and nutrition services
Planning advisory only — not a guide service
ElevIT Ventures provides trip planning and advisory services only. We are not a licensed guide service, outfitter, or outdoor recreation provider. ElevIT Ventures does not accompany, supervise, lead, or otherwise participate in any outdoor activity, expedition, or event planned through our services. Nothing in any plan, document, communication, or material produced by ElevIT Ventures constitutes guiding, instruction, or supervision of any kind.
Inherent risks
All outdoor activities — including but not limited to hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, road cycling, multi-day expeditions, and high-altitude travel — involve inherent risks including serious injury, illness, and death. These risks exist regardless of the quality of planning, preparation, or equipment. By engaging ElevIT Ventures for outdoor planning services you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily accept these inherent risks.
Conditions and accuracy
Route descriptions, difficulty ratings, mileage, elevation data, water source locations, campsite information, permit requirements, and all other conditions-based information reflects best available information at the time of plan delivery. Outdoor conditions change continuously and without notice due to weather, drought, fire, flood, trail damage, land management decisions, and other factors beyond our control. ElevIT Ventures makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or currency of any conditions-based information. Always independently verify current trail conditions, weather forecasts, fire restrictions, road conditions, water availability, and permit requirements through the relevant land management agencies before any trip.
Permits and regulatory compliance
ElevIT Ventures provides guidance on permit requirements and application processes as informational advisory only. We do not apply for, obtain, manage, or guarantee permits on behalf of clients. Clients are solely responsible for obtaining all required permits and complying with all applicable land management regulations.
Water sources
Water source information is provided as general planning guidance only. Water availability varies significantly by season, drought conditions, and land management activity. ElevIT Ventures does not guarantee the availability of any water source at any time. Always carry sufficient water and filtration equipment and independently verify current water availability before departure.
Training and nutrition guidance
Where training plans, fitness assessments, readiness evaluations, or nutrition guidance are included in a service package, all such content is informational only. It does not constitute medical advice, clinical nutrition advice, or professional athletic coaching. Consult a licensed physician before beginning any new physical activity program. Consult a registered dietitian or nutritionist for clinical nutrition advice. AI-assisted analysis tools used in preparing fitness and nutrition guidance are analytical aids only — all final recommendations are reviewed by the ElevIT Ventures principal before delivery. Gear and equipment recommendations are informational only and do not constitute a professional equipment safety assessment. Consult a qualified gear specialist or retailer before purchasing or using any technical equipment.
AI-assisted analysis
GPS data, photos, and personal information submitted by clients is used solely for the purpose of producing the requested plan. In preparing analysis, a subset of GPS and fitness data may be processed through enterprise AI tools operating under commercial data privacy terms. Raw client data is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Clients may request confirmation of the specific AI tools in use at any time.
SECTION 3 — IT ADVISORY SERVICES

Advisory and informational only
ElevIT Ventures IT advisory services are strategic and advisory in nature. Recommendations, roadmaps, assessments, and deliverables produced by ElevIT Ventures do not constitute implementation services unless explicitly contracted under a separate written Statement of Work. Clients are solely responsible for technology decisions made in reliance on ElevIT Ventures advice.
M&A and financial matters
ElevIT Ventures provides technical IT due diligence services only. These services do not constitute investment advisory, financial modeling, valuation, or securities-related advice of any kind. ElevIT Ventures is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial services provider. Clients must engage qualified legal counsel, financial advisors, and accounting professionals for all investment, financial, and legal decisions related to any transaction.
Technology recommendations
Technology vendor recommendations, platform selections, and implementation approaches are based on the principal's professional experience and analysis of client-specific information. ElevIT Ventures does not receive referral fees, commissions, or compensation from any technology vendor, platform provider, or third-party service referenced in any deliverable.
Credentials and results
References to prior engagements, employer organizations, financial outcomes, and performance results on this site are subject to confidentiality obligations and have been reviewed for public disclosure.
Confidentiality
Client information, business details, technology infrastructure, and strategic plans shared with ElevIT Ventures in the course of an engagement are treated as confidential. Specific confidentiality terms are governed by the applicable engagement agreement or NDA. ElevIT Ventures does not reference specific client engagements in public materials without explicit written consent.
SECTION 4 — GOVERNING AGREEMENTS
All formal engagements with ElevIT Ventures LLC are governed by written agreements executed prior to commencement of work:

IT advisory services are governed by the ElevIT Ventures Statement of Work
In the event of any conflict between this disclaimer and a signed engagement agreement, the signed agreement governs
